What are the responsibilities and job description for the Saltwell Dunkin' - Open Availability Crew Member * now hiring position at Dunkin' Donuts?
Being a Dunkin' Team Member means operating cash registers and greeting customers with a friendly smile. Other responsibilities include preparing food and beverage orders, maintaining a clean work station, brew and grind coffee, restock cups and food items, and so on. Cross-training will be provided and Team Members may be trained on evening baking positions as well depending on availability.
Crew Members are responsible for delivering great guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards, and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests needs and give them a reason to come back.
An open availability crew member is available for the following shifts: 5AM-1PM, 6AM-2PM, 10AM-5PM, 1PM-9PM, and 2PM-10PM. The more open an availability, the easier to schedule and guarantee hours.
