- Greet early arrivals or team members with a friendly and professional attitude, providing assistance as needed
- Prepare cash registers, point-of-sale systems, or other operational tools in advance of opening hours
- Perform security checks to ensure all access points are secure before opening to the public or staff
- Communicate effectively with team members about daily plans, or any issues that need attention
Requirements
- Proven reliability with punctuality and attendance being essential for opening responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in setting up and inspecting the environment
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and greet guests confidently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
