What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Maintenance Technician position at Dunhill Staffing Systems?
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant electrical and instrumentation equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting high-voltage and 480 VAC distribution systems, motor control circuits, variable-frequency drives, PLCs, overhead cranes, and other electronic and instrumentation equipment.
Qualified candidates should have 5–10 years of experience in heavy manufacturing or equivalent military experience, along with a two-year industrial electricity training program or comparable military training. Candidates must be safety-focused, communicate effectively, work independently, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform duties in a demanding industrial environment.
The work schedule is 4 10-hour days (Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri) - no swing shift requirement! Our client offers comprehensive (and very affordable!) benefits.
