Dune Allen Realty, Vacation Rentals is looking for a Maintenance Technician. General maintenance background and experience required. Skills should include basic maintenance repairs / appliance diagnostics/ basic plumbing knowledge/ painting / grounds maintenance. Must be willing to work flex schedule to include working weekends. Looking for an individual with good organizational skills, comfortable addressing the needs of owners and renters, and positive approach to work. Pay based on skills and experience.
