We’re a well-established dental practice with over 30 years of caring for our patients and our community. We’re looking for a friendly, experienced Part-Time Dental Front Desk Team Member to join our growing team!
If you know your way around a dental office, know the terminology, and can navigate Dentrix with confidence, we’d love to meet you. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a team that takes pride in making patients feel welcome.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in/out patients
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Managing patient records and insurance information
- Verifying dental insurance and assisting with treatment estimates
- Collecting payments and handing front desk transactions
- Communicating with patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area
- Working closely with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a dental office
- Dentrix experience required
- Knowledge of terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Able to multitask and work efficiently
This part-time position will be 2 days a week.
