Essential Job Functions
- Assists with the creating interior material color boards and exterior illustrations, assembling Project Material Specification sheets with appropriate cuttings, and copying photos for design presentations and customer specification meetings.
- Maintains materials library and art supplies by keeping samples updated, organized and current. Assists designers with checking stock and places orders to replenish stock as needed.
- Provides administrative support such as preparing written communication, performing data entry, filing, answering phones, etc.
- Supports Design team on special projects as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Education And Experience
- High school graduation or equivalent required
- Proficiency with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Project, etc.) required

- Previous interior design and/or office administrative experience preferred
