We are currently seeking a professional, reliable, and alert Anonymous Security Officer to provide safety and security services for a residential gated community. This position is ideal for an individual with strong observation skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to protecting residents, guests, and property.

Position Title: Unarmed Security OfficerJob Type: Full-TimePay Rate: $20.00 per hourHours: 40 hours per week

Shift Schedule:

• Thursday and Sunday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the residential gated community premises
• Control access at entry and exit points
• Verify residents, guests, vendors, and visitors before allowing entry
• Maintain a visible security presence to help prevent unauthorized activity
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and resident concerns
• Write clear and accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Report suspicious activity, hazards, or emergencies to the appropriate parties
• Enforce community rules, policies, and security procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors

Qualifications:

• Prior security experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
