Schedule: Sunday – Thursday11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Total Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and dependable Security Officer for a gated community in Leesburg, Virginia. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, monitoring access points, conducting patrols, and providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the gated community
• Verify residents, guests, vendors, and visitor entry
• Conduct routine patrols of the property
• Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or incidents
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports as needed
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Follow all post orders and company policies

Qualifications:

• Must be reliable, professional, and punctual
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Security experience preferred
• Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol as required
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
