Schedule: Sunday – Thursday11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Total Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and dependable Security Officer for a gated community in Leesburg, Virginia. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, monitoring access points, conducting patrols, and providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the gated community
- Verify residents, guests, vendors, and visitor entry
- Conduct routine patrols of the property
- Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or incidents
- Complete daily activity reports and incident reports as needed
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Follow all post orders and company policies
Qualifications:
- Must be reliable, professional, and punctual
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Security experience preferred
- Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol as required
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
