Sales Lead
We're looking for a motivated Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and help guide our sales efforts. This role combines hands-on selling with light team leadership, ideal for someone who thrives on hitting targets and building relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new customers/leads
- Present and pitch products or services to potential clients
- Qualify leads and manage a sales pipeline through to close
- Follow up with warm leads and maintain ongoing client relationships
- Track sales activity and performance using CRM tools
- Support, guide, or supervise junior sales staff as needed
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends
- Follow provided sales script/ "Speed to Lead" framework
Qualifications:
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Leadership or team coordination experience a plus
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
