What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dumplin booth leader position at Dumplin by Aro?
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a full farmers market booth—not simply assist another employee.
Dumplin’ by Aro is a growing dumpling brand operating at farmers markets and events throughout Southern California. After training, you’ll be trusted to transport inventory, set up the booth, cook and serve food, handle customers, and keep the entire operation running smoothly.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being in charge, works quickly, communicates well, and takes pride in doing things correctly. Full training will be provided, but once trained, you must be comfortable working independently and solving routine problems without constant supervision.

What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, punctual, and available every Thursday
- No pattern of last-minute call-outs
- Fast-moving and comfortable working under pressure
- Friendly, confident, and professional with customers
- Able to multitask between cooking, serving, payments, and booth operations
- Takes initiative and ownership
- Communicates clearly and responds promptly
- Food-service, farmers-market, retail, or sales experience is helpful, but attitude and reliability matter most
