Duluth Kitchen Company is seeking a customer-focused, sales-driven, and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate. This position participates in all facets of the business, including customer service, sales-floor operations, receiving freight, and visual merchandising.

Essential Functions
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help with the day-to-day operation of the sales floor. Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests of Duluth Kitchen Company and Market Gourmet
- Assisting with incoming freight in a timely and organized manner
- Completing daily tasks based on the needs of the store
- Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining attractive product displays
- Staying calm and professional during periods of high customer volume or unexpected circumstances
- Supporting coworkers and contributing to a positive, respectful workplace
- Completing other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Previous point-of-sale (POS) experience is strongly encouraged but not required
- Previous retail or visual-merchandising experience is strongly encouraged but not required
- Daytime, evening, and weekend availability is required
- Must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Must be at least 18 years old
