Night Auditor Part Time/Full Time

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight hours. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks while providing exceptional guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Perform night audit functions, including reviewing and reconciling daily financial transactions.
• Ensure all guest accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing excellent customer service.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with phone calls, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is an advantage.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of night audit processes is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
