- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
- Assist guests with special requests and address any concerns or issues that may arise during their stay.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services, including housekeeping and maintenance.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services to enhance the guest experience.
Experience
