What You Bring
Ideally, you have:
- 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, PR, brand partnerships, or a related field.
- An existing network across brands, agencies, creators, or entertainment
- Strong commercial instincts with the drive to work against sales goals
- A deep understanding of the creator economy and digital culture
- Experience reviewing or negotiating contracts
- Passionate about creators and talent management
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and results-oriented
- Collaborative and relationship-driven
- Self-aware, coachable, and eager to grow
