Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $76,811.00 to USD $130,576.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.

What You’ll Do
- Develop, coordinate, and implement research and administrative strategies.
- Manage full project lifecycles including initiation, planning, execution, and closeout.
- Oversee program operations, budgets, communications, and resource needs.
- Mentor, train, and guide research staff.
- Serve as primary liaison for internal and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with institutional, federal, and international regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute to scientific proposals, manuscripts, and program development.
- Lead data quality, data integrity, and data security initiatives.
- Provide expertise in FDA processes, IND/IDE documentation, and international requirements.
- Support recruitment and retention planning across research programs.
- Facilitate program meetings and maintain proactive communication across teams.
