Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $20.00 to USD $25.01. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Representative, you will support office equipment services and customer operations across campus. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide customer support for office products, reprographics services, and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and coordinate equipment repairs with vendors
- Conduct market research and assist with customer outreach and presentations
- Visit equipment locations regularly to track usage, restock supplies, and assist users
- Train customers on proper use of equipment and provide demonstrations
- Maintain and monitor supply inventory for equipment and services
- Prepare reports on equipment usage, service activity, and customer needs
- Assist with equipment setup, delivery, and basic accounting processes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ~2 years of experience in customer service, office support, or equipment maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of clerical and accounting principles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
