Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications

- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, portioning, and plating
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by managing prep work and ensuring timely meal production
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and uphold quality standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or dietary departments is highly preferred
