Scope And Job Responsibilities
Answers and makes phone calls to and from customers, dispatches trucks for pickup and delivery of equipment, dispatches mechanics for service work as necessary, dispatches tire repairs, orders parts for all equipment needs, issues and enters P.O.’s {purchase orders} into tracking system, Enters contracts in system, active involvement locating equipment for customer’s orders, schedules truck and equipment repairs, takes orders in salesman absence, assists in collecting and summarizing payroll hour. Must have office phone forwarded to cell phone on nights and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
Must have excellent people skills and multi-tasking capabilities, thrives in a fast paced atmosphere, computer skills in excel and word, Texada Software system a plus, available to work various hours of the day, team player that demonstrates leadership skills, performs other duties as necessary to help operations day to day, CDL a plus, college degree in Business preferred.
