Job Summary

Duke Rentals is seeking a dedicated and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Moorhead, MN location. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering great service.

PAY: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour STARTING - Based on Experience

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday – Friday
• Overtime as needed
  
  

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and urgency
• Coordinate and dispatch trucks for equipment delivery and pickup
• Schedule service calls, equipment maintenance, and repairs
• Enter contracts, purchase orders, and job details into tracking systems
• Assist customers in locating and securing equipment for their needs
• Support sales when Outside Sales Reps are unavailable
• Help track payroll hours
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and multi-tasking capabilities
• Proficient computer skills in Excel and Word – Texada Software system a plus
• Team player who demonstrates leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR – CDL a plus
