Job Description: Regional Sales Manager/Director
Reports to: Senior Vice President of Sales - Core Value Stream
- As a key member of the Duke Sales Team for our Core Value Stream (K-12, Higher Ed, Business & Industry), this role has responsibility for all sales within the Eastern US.
- Develops and execute sales and marketing programs to introduce new products, and increase share of existing products
- Provides strategic business input to sales planning, product development and marketing
- Manages day-to-day field sales effort for the Eastern Region
- Acts as the face of Duke for Reps & Dealers and End Users, partnering with other Duke Corporate functions as needed to ensure customer success.
Education Requirements:
- Manager-level, degree preferred but may substitute experience
- For advancement to a Director-level role, a BS degree in a related field is required
Workplace Environmental Conditions:
- Remote work but the ideal candidate would be someone in the Eastern US region
- Typical office and factory environment, trade shows, and client environments
- Travel requirement: Frequent overnight domestic travel is required (50-70%)
