Job Summary
As an Associate Engineering Technician, you will support the engineering and design teams by creating and maintaining technical drawings for custom counters and foodservice equipment used in schools, universities, and commercial environments. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills who is looking to grow into an Engineer or Senior Engineering role.
You will use Revit to produce detailed drawings, make design modifications, and assist with product layouts. High performers in this role will have opportunities for expanded responsibilities and accelerated development.

Job Overview:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect structural materials required for designs.
- Calculate dimensions, weight limitations, and measurements for designs.
- Draft designs using Revit software.
- Create diagrams and layouts to illustrate the workflow of designs.
- Collaborate with the design team to review drawings and designs.
- Adjust drawings according to feedback from engineers or architects.
- Ensure designs comply with company regulations and quality standards.
- Set up drawing formats and configuration files.
- Work with project managers to determine any design requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year experience as a design drafter or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of CAD software, Revit, drawing programs, and 3D modeling tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
