Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude to create a warm first impression
- Take orders, answer menu questions, and upsell items to enhance the guest experience
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations and ensuring food handling procedures are followed
- Assist in food safety practices, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation protocols
- Support kitchen operations by managing food prep tasks, stocking supplies, and ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Engage in basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management to ensure accuracy at all times
Experience
- No previous restaurant experience required — paid training is provided to set you up for success from day one
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is a plus but not necessary
- Experience using POS systems is helpful, but not required
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Customer service background that demonstrates excellent communication skills and a positive attitude is a plus
- Basic math skills for cashiering and handling cash accurately
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
