What We’re Looking For
We want someone who understands that being a strong laser programmer/operator is more than pushing Cycle Start.
You should be able to look at a job, understand the print and material requirements, develop or adjust the program, set up the machine, produce a quality first piece, and keep the equipment running efficiently.
Experience with Mitsubishi equipment is a major plus, but we are willing to consider experienced laser programmers/operators from other platforms who have the technical ability to quickly learn our equipment.
