As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to ensure seamless workflow, execution, precision, and performance continuity from day (first shift) to evening (second shift).
Position OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced professional with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and hands-on experience in fast-paced environments to join our project management team in delivering top-tier retail graphics solutions. The Senior Project Manager will be in charge of second-shift workflow including overnight fulfillment of next-day due projects, and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and seamless continuity between shifts.
This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in print operations, with proven success in second-shift production oversight, project coordination, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage wide format graphic projects transitioning to second-shift operations teams
- Coordinate with production to insure scheduling and logistics are on track to complete projects within deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments (prepress, print, finishing, and logistics) and external vendors as needed
- Maintain and update project trackers and job documentation for accuracy and clarity
- Assist in quality control reviews, packaging coordination, and proof approvals
- Coordinate data entry for orders and maintain accurate client records
- Help ensure projects meet brand standards and client expectations in quality, delivery, and design
- Communicate updates, issues, and project milestones with clients and internal teams
- Assist with special requests, sample requests, and ad-hoc client needs
- 7 years of experience in print production management specializing in large-format graphics.
- Proven experience leading second-shift or off-hour production teams in a manufacturing or print environment.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality control processes.
- Advanced project management and communication skills with the ability to manage priorities across multiple departments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and Google Workspace and prior experience in project management systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities
