We are looking for a professional Wide Format Production Planner capable of engineering highly complex production schedules and driving operational efficiency to ensure exceptional client delivery. This role is focused on leveraging Duggal's vast production capabilities to meet the timelines required by leading retailers and brands. You will be the bridge between our customer service, production, and fulfillment teams.

The successful candidate will be a polished operational leader expected to strategically manage the flow of work across multiple departments to meet client commitments, optimize resource allocation, and ensure profitable execution.

This role manages complex production accounts and requires industry knowledge, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and solve problems before they affect production. Responsibilities include:

• Design and maintain detailed, achievable production schedules in collaboration with Floor Managers and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
• Accurately forecast resource needs (prepress, print, finishing, fulfillment) and materials, coordinating with procurement to ensure zero downtime or bottlenecks impacting client delivery dates.
• Understand client objectives and job specifications, positioning production planning as the essential solution for successful visual storytelling and dynamic experiential marketing initiatives.
• Act as the operational liaison, actively monitoring job progress, flagging potential risks, and collaborating across departments to ensure successful project management and on-time delivery.
• Record and verify all job specifications, approvals, and tracking additional project costs (e.g., overtime, file changes) for accurate client billing and post-project analysis.
• Support continuous process improvement by analyzing quality and performance reporting, providing strategic insight to department leadership.

A background that includes strategic operational planning, successful delivery of complex wide format print projects, and a focus on efficiency and flawless execution.

• Experience in wide format printing and a strong understanding of production workflows, materials, and finishing processes are strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and production management systems.
• Must be a self-starter and creative problem-solver with a client-focused approach, demonstrating exceptional cross-departmental collaboration skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable for translating client needs into clear production mandates.
• Ability to strategically manage multiple high-priority projects under extremely tight deadlines.
