Job Description

Position Overview

Under general supervision, performs Business Analysis functions as assigned by management. Supports organizational objectives by analyzing current processes, gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting data-informed solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and align with strategic business objectives.

Functional:

• Analyze current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, objectives, constraints, and pain points.
• Conduct business process analysis and gap analysis to support operational and strategic improvements.
• Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and data flows.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions with business users and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable specifications for development teams, including acceptance criteria.
• Develop dashboards, drill-down reports, and management tools to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to identify trends and insights.
• Assist with solution evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, ROI estimation, and business case development.
• Participate in user acceptance testing, change management activities, and post-implementation support.
• Create and maintain documentation, including process maps, requirements documentation, business cases, and analytical reports.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation, and process optimization.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and business analysis best practices.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or comparable analytical role.
