You'll spend your time on four areas: driving key external relationships forward, building repeatable content and processes using data and AI, helping the team stay organized and accountable, and picking up special projects that don’t have a clear home.
What You’ll Do
Stakeholder Relationships
- Track and advance key external relationships, including payors, prospects, and channel partners, making sure follow-ups happen and conversations don't stall
- Represent Duet directly in calls, emails, and meetings to move things forward without always needing the CEO in the room
- Own the follow-through on partnership conversations: next steps, open questions, and the ongoing relationship-building that keeps deals progressing
- Build repeatable materials for different audiences — a payor deck reads differently than a partner proposal or a team memo, and you'll know the difference
- Pull data from our CRM, databases, and internal analytics stack to answer questions and support key decisions
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive reporting tasks, clean up data outputs, and accelerate the production of analysis and summaries
- Support the CEO on company updates, customer communications, and external presentations
- Own the weekly leadership team meeting: agenda, facilitation, and follow-through on action items
- Help drive our OKR process each quarter — setting, tracking, and keeping the team accountable
- Maintain our internal planning calendar: QBRs, offsites, all-hands
- Lead time-sensitive projects that fall outside any single team's scope
- Research new opportunities, competitive dynamics, or strategic questions and come back with a clear point of view
- Support recruiting, team culture initiatives, and other priorities as we continue to grow
- 3–5 years of experience in a high-performance environment — top tier consulting, banking, or an early stage startup (Seed through Series B)
- Exceptional relationship builder, knowing how to context switch and develop trust
- Organized and reliable — you track what you commit to and close loops without being asked
- AI-native in your workflow; you actively use tools like Claude or ChatGPT every day
- Low ego, high ownership; you're comfortable with unglamorous work
- Comfortable working with financial data and excel modeling without needing to rely on AI
- Healthtech experience is a plus, not a requirement
