Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Orthodontic Assistant based in Issaquah, WA. The Orthodontic Assistant will provide chairside support during orthodontic procedures, prepare and sterilize instruments, educate patients on oral hygiene, and assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment. The role also involves working closely with the orthodontist and team to ensure excellent patient care and office efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Orthodontics
- Experience with Sterilization protocols and maintaining a clean clinical environment
- Strong skills in Dental Assisting, including chairside support during orthodontic procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient care and team collaboration
- Basic understanding of orthodontic technology, including digital X-rays and impression-less scanning, is a plus
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential or equivalent education and licensure
- Current CPR certification is an advantage
