Duties
- Lead the pre-sales process by conducting detailed product demos and technical presentations tailored to customer needs
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their HVAC requirements and recommending optimal solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution from proposal to installation
- Utilize analysis skills to assess customer environments, recommend suitable HVAC systems, and optimize performance
- Manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools, tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently
- Provide technical guidance on complex HVAC systems, integrating knowledge of computer networking, AWS cloud services, VMware virtualization, Linux operating systems, Azure cloud platform, and Bash scripting where applicable
- Support the development of proposals and quotations by leveraging product knowledge and technical expertise
Experience
- Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the HVAC or related technology sectors
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations to diverse audiences
- Experience managing projects from inception through completion with excellent project management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client environments and recommend tailored solutions effectively
- Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with sales processes in technical environments and a proactive approach to business development
