Key Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare outgoing mail, labels, and shipments
- Maintain organized mailroom and records
- Operate basic office equipment (printers, scanners, postage machines)
- Track deliveries and ensure timely distribution
- Assist with general administrative and office support tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and move packages (light to moderate)
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Basic computer skills are a plus
- No experience required (paid training provided)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous mailroom, warehouse, or office experience is a plus
