Position Summary
The Dubuque Fighting Saints are looking for a Game Day Content Intern to join our
team! This season-long role will support the creation of Fighting Saints game-day social
media content. The intern will be a hands-on team member with exposure to what goes
into creating content for live sporting events and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Live video editing and posting during games
Update game template graphics
Shoot Photo / Video throughout the game
Logging of highlights during the game for later use.
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management,
or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and
holidays, as required by the hockey and event schedule.
Previous experience working in sports social media.
Proficient in Adobe Create Cloud (Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, After
Effects, etc.).
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, live-game environment and walking on
an ice sheet.
Ability to work on their feet for extended periods of times and able to lift 10-15
lbs.
