About the Role
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents across all shifts. Responsibilities
Leadership: Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to our nursing team, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support.
Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of our residents, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
Staff Development: Identify training needs and develop personalized learning plans for our nursing staff, promoting their growth and professional development.
Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that our care and services meet the highest standards of excellence.
Communication: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania required.
Certifications: BLS, CPR, and other certifications relevant to your experience and education.
