Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee our nursing team and ensure exceptional patient care across all shifts. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and evaluate the performance of a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants
Develop, implement, and maintain quality care standards and policies
Conduct staff orientation and training programs
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor patient satisfaction and develop strategies to improve outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes

Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior care or community-based organization setting
