Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring resident health and wellness
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
Participate in scheduled shifts, including evening hours, to ensure 24/7 coverage
Engage with residents, families, and staff to promote a positive and supportive environment
Requirements
Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
