Full job description:
Location: Spokane, WA (On-site)
Compensation: $23/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Dubin Law Group is seeking a Legal Assistant to support our Personal Injury Case Management team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the legal field, gain hands-on experience with case management operations, and build a long-term career in a professional law firm environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Send Letters of Representation to providers, insurance carriers, and subrogation entities
- Set up and manage subrogation claims and request updated ledgers
- Communicate with medical providers to confirm billing and insurance details
- Perform balance confirmations and track outstanding balances
- Scan, organize, and file documents in Filevine and internal systems
- Prepare withdrawal and disbursement letters
- Request cost-advanced reports and track follow-ups
- Maintain accurate task tracking and case documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with case management software and digital files
- Prior legal, administrative, or office experience preferred but not required
