The Role:
On-site Sales Coordinator supporting Project Managers Development Design
• Primary focus: Keep quotes, revisions, documentation, and procurement moving fast and accurately
• Preferred: AutoQuotes (AQ) proficiency (training available for the right candidate)
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain quotes in AutoQuotes (AQ) (revisions, alternates, VE options, add
/deducts)• Keep version control tight (latest pricing, scope, and revisions always clear)
• Align quotes with drawings, equipment schedules, and design intent in coordination with Design/Development
• Coordinate vendor pricing, lead times, substitutions, freight, and availability updates
• Prepare quote review packages (scope summaries, cut sheets, spec compliance support)
• Support PMs with documentation, tracking logs, action items, and follow-ups
• Assist ordering workflow (PO requests/releases, backorders, delivery coordination, status reporting)
• Maintain organized digital project files and communication threads
Qualifications
• AutoQuotes (AQ) –
preferred• 2 years in sales coordination / project coordination / equipment support (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple active projects
• Clear, professional communication (email, vendor follow-up, internal coordination)
