Our Service Coordinator Scheduler is responsible for

• Answering incoming service scheduling calls
• Scheduling all SVO and manages monthly PM due list
• Starting Field & Emergency SVO’s in Equip Soft
• Communicating with all field techs on job-related issues/questions
• Attending meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required
• Developing personal skills and capabilities through on-going training
• Ensuring a safe working environment and safe work habits of staff
• Achieving business and organizational goals, visions, and objectives
• Identifying problems and provide alternative courses of action

Requirement

• Conforms with the core values of BPS
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age
• 2 years of general office experience
• 1 years of scheduling/routing of jobs
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic math skills
• Able to work well unsupervised; able to work independently
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task required
• Computer skills to include MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); data entry
• Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
