Construction Supervisor

Role: Construction Supervisor

Dualcore Construction Management LLC is a growing New York City General Contractor and Construction Management firm specializing in multifamily renovations, capital improvements, occupied renovations, commercial fit-outs, and value-add real estate projects.

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to support multiple projects throughout New York City. This is a hands-on role that combines field supervision, subcontractor coordination, project documentation, and occasional light carpentry and punch list work.

This position is ideal for a lead carpenter, foreman, assistant superintendent, or construction professional looking to grow into a larger leadership role within an expanding construction company.

Compensation

• Starting at $30/hour

• Compensation commensurate with experience

• Performance review after 6 months

• Metrocard reimbursement for travel between jobsites

• 401(k) with company match after 3 months employment

• Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (50/50 employer contribution) after 3 months employment

• PTO

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities

• Manage subcontractor scheduling and site logistics

• Conduct daily site walks and identify issues before they impact schedule

• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and material procurement

• Complete daily reports, photographs, and project documentation

• Maintain project records in Procore

• Monitor quality control and safety compliance

• Assist with punch lists and project closeout activities

• Perform light carpentry, protection, demolition, and miscellaneous field tasks as required

• Support multiple projects throughout NYC

• Report directly to Project Management and Company Leadership

Qualifications

• 3 years construction experience preferred

• Experience supervising subcontractors and field operations

• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Procore experience preferred but not required

• OSHA 30 required

• 62-Hour SST Supervisor preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to travel between NYC project sites

• Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects
