What are the responsibilities and job description for the (Remote) Sr. Marketing Manager position at Dual Brand?
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the SVP of Marketing and CEO in developing and executing new revenue diversification and growth strategies, including opportunity analysis and modeling, project and account management, and cross functional project leadership.
- Support cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product to design, launch, and scale new distribution programs.
- Partner with the Marketing team to test, launch, and optimize new acquisition channels.
- Contribute to the commercialization and evangelism of new technology platforms.
- Assist the CEO with strategic planning, board-level materials, executive communications, and special projects.
- Conduct market analyses, competitive reviews, and opportunity sizing.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, and Retention teams to improve customer value-add and lifecycle performance.
- Build processes, communication flows, and dashboards to align teams around new initiatives.
- Translate business data into insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 6–10 years of experience in marketing, growth, strategy, consulting, product, or business operations.
- Proven cross-functional leadership and strategic project experience.
- Strong analytic, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Understanding and experience in product launch lifecycles, direct to consumer sales and marketing environments and with growth companies preferred.

- Strong cross-functional leadership, with the ability to lead projects and teams without direct management line.
- Strategic and execution-oriented- able to create a strategic plan and subsequently roll their sleeves up to execute it
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
