This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at our Dallas, TX location. The Front Desk Receptionist will manage day-to-day responsibilities such as greeting patients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling general clerical duties. As the first point of contact, the receptionist will also ensure a welcoming and professional environment while providing excellent customer service and supporting administrative needs.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle a multi-line phone system
- Experience with Receptionist Duties and general Clerical Skills, including scheduling and managing records
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to create a welcoming and professional environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and office software, including scheduling and record management platforms
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office is a plus
