Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Application Managed Services (AMS) initiatives for Salesforce CRM platforms. This role will oversee program execution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement of CRM systems, with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery for Salesforce CRM (AMS model)
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor program performance, identify risks/issues, and drive resolution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, and vendors
- Ensure delivery meets quality standards and client expectations
- Manage stakeholder communication and present regular status updates
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management in AMS environment
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of CRM processes
- Align program execution with business goals and technical architecture
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years of Program/Project Management experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud (Functional/Intermediate to Advanced)
- Experience managing AMS (Application Managed Services) engagements
- Hands-on experience with integration technologies (MuleSoft)
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with risk management, budgeting, and resource planning
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Additional exposure to MuleSoft integrations (3–5 years)
- IT Program Management support experience
Work Environment
- 100% Onsite role in Foster City, CA
- Long-term engagement (multi-year program through 2029)
