Duties/Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls.
- General dispatching.
- Collecting payments.
- Schedule deliveries.
- Job tracking.
- General office tasks.
- Sales calls.
- Other job duties will be assigned as needed.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Strong phone contact handling skills.
- Customer orientated.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Detail oriented.
