- Bachelor s degree required, preferably in computer science, information technology, or business administration.
- 3 years of experience in a Technical Product Owner, Technical Analyst, or similar role supporting custom application development.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and experience writing SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE).
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with business, technical, and customer stakeholders.
- Organized and meticulous with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
Additional Desired Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with AWS-native services and event-driven integration patterns.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices.
- Formal training or certifications in Business Analysis, facilitation, or project/product management are preferred.
