Join the DTC team as a Maintenance Technician supporting ADM's food manufacturing facility in Hutchinson, Kansas
Pay: $25.00/hour for days or $26.00/hour for nights
Attendance bonus: Earn $300 after 45 days of employment when attendance requirements are met.
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: three 12-hour shifts
Day Shift: 7:00am-7:00pm
Night Shift: 7:00pm-7:00am
We're hiring Maintenance Technicians to keep equipment and facility systems running safely at a food manufacturing plant. This role involves troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
What you'll do
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and piping systems.
Maintain and rebuild production equipment, including pumps and motors.
Troubleshoot breakdowns and help prevent recurring issues.
Complete preventative maintenance and document work performed. Perform welding and use hand and power tools as needed.
Follow plant safety, food safety, sanitation, and GMP procedures.
What you'll need
High School diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years of maintenance or troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing facility or industrial plant. Ability to read technical instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work safely with others.
Forklift experience is preferred; training will be provided.
