Love pets, people, and learning about pet nutrition? Dtails Grooming, Nutrition & Boutique is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and motivated Sales Team Member to join our team!
This position is more than working a register — we’re looking for someone who wants to learn, connect with our customers, and help pet parents make great choices for their pets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Helping customers find the right foods, treats, chews, supplements & products for their pets
- Learning about pet nutrition and the brands we carry
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Answering phones and assisting clients with appointments and questions
- Checking customers in and out
- Restocking, organizing, and keeping the boutique clean and welcoming
- Helping with product displays, promotions, and day-to-day store operations
- Working together with our grooming and sales teams
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, outgoing & comfortable talking with customers
- Dependable and ready to work as part of a team
- Motivated to learn about pet nutrition and products
- Organized and able to multitask
- Comfortable around dogs and cats of all sizes
- Sales-minded without being pushy
- Able to take initiative and stay productive during downtime
Pet industry, retail, customer service, or nutrition experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!

Pay: $17.25 - $19.00 per hour
