$34 per hour taxed
$51 per hour OT
$1729 per week per diems
$500 travel allowance
$3089 per week gross based on 40 hours per week.
Schedule
Full time.
Monday to Friday.
8 hour shifts.
No nights. No weekends. No call.
Contract
Long term federal contract.
Base year plus four option years.
40 hours per week.
Duties
Outpatient and inpatient pharmacy services.
Dispense and verify medications.
Patient counseling.
Drug interaction review.
Work with providers and nursing staff.
Requirements
Active unrestricted Pharmacist license in any U.S. state.
PharmD or BS in Pharmacy.
BLS.
Ability to pass federal background check and fingerprinting.
IHS Or Hospital Experience Preferred.
Location
Primary site. Santa Fe Indian Health Center.
Rotation site. Santa Clara Health Center in Espanola.
