Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Eight hour shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- One hour lunch break
- Perform pharmacist duties and manage patient needs
- Work in the outpatient pharmacy
- Enter and review documentation in the Electronic Health Record
- Maintain accuracy of clinical data and records
- Follow Joint Commission standards
- Follow safety reporting rules under CCHCF Safety Measure Policy
- Submit weekly timesheet and invoice for hours
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license
- Resume or CV
- Current certifications
- Proof of experience that meets the Performance Work Statement
- Malpractice details and any board or legal actions, if present
