DT Logistics is looking for an Operations Support Associate to join our warehouse and fulfillment team. This role supports the daily movement of inventory, customer orders, receiving, packing, shipping, returns, and general warehouse operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving logistics environment. The right person should be able to follow clear processes, stay accurate, communicate well, and help keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
The Operations Support Associate will assist with:
- Receiving incoming inventory and customer shipments
- Checking, counting, labeling, and organizing productsScanning items into the inventory systemMoving inventory to the correct warehouse locationsPicking and packing customer ordersPreparing shipments for domestic and international carriersPrinting labels and matching orders to the correct shipmentsSupporting returns processing and basic inspection of returned itemsHelping with cycle counts, inventory checks, and stock organizationIdentifying damaged, missing, mislabeled, or unclear items and escalating issuesKeeping work areas clean, safe, and organizedFollowing warehouse procedures and company standardsSupporting special projects, account setup work, and operational tasks as needed
