Role Description The Associate Store Manager at DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse in Marietta, GA is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting overall store operations and delivering an engaging customer experience. This role assists in leading the sales floor, coaching team members, and ensuring customer service standards are consistently met. The Associate Store Manager helps oversee merchandising, inventory processes, and visual standards to maintain an organized and appealing store environment. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance metrics, supporting scheduling and workload planning, and partnering with leadership to drive sales and profitability.
