Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Provides end to end technical and strategic leadership for enterprise HPC platforms that enable advanced engineering, simulation, analytics, and AI/ML workloads.
- This role combines deep system architecture expertise with business analysis and technology strategy, ensuring HPC investments are aligned with business priorities, deliver measurable value, and scale with future demand.
Typical task breakdown:
· Lead the architecture, design, and lifecycle management of on prem, hybrid, and cloud based HPC platforms.
· Define reference architectures for compute (CPU/GPU/accelerators), high speed interconnects, parallel storage, and workload orchestration.
· Translate complex workload requirements into scalable, resilient, and cost effective system designs.
· Establish performance benchmarks, capacity models, and scaling strategies.
· Evaluate emerging technologies and guide vendor selection and platform roadmaps.
· Ensure compliance with security, reliability, availability, and enterprise architecture standards.
Interaction with team:
- Liaison to HPC operations team, business unit stakeholders, and Client IT infrastructure teams. Participation in weekly team standups and facilitation of

Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
